Question Name servers?

I had been using ns1.abac.com and ns3.abac.com since signing up for service a year or more ago. After the upgrade I'm seeing that ns1.aplus.net and ns2.aplus.net are coming back as the authoritative servers for my domain and DNS Stuff calls them "stealth" nameservers and says that they can cause nasty problems in some instances. Should I change over to these new name servers (ns1.aplus.net, ns2.aplus.net)? Also, should I add in ns3.aplus.net and even a fourth server (I see there is an ns4.abac.com but not ns4.aplus.net) for added redundancy?

Default Nameservers

If you have been upgraded, and your website and email is hosted with aplus. (meaning you do not have custom records). Then I would recommend changing to nameservers
ns1.aplus.net
ns2.aplus.net
ns3.aplus.net
There is no ns4 nameserver, and if you try adding that to your records it will prompt you that one or more nameservers are incorrect.

When you change to these nameservers, your zone file will be the default zonefile for the upgraded platform. If you have any doubts I would call technical support so they can compare your zone file with what it would look like on new nameservers, to make sure thats the right move.

You do not need to change your old name servers as it will still work. (both go to same IP net range).
The "stealth" nameservers is because ns1.abac.com is essentially a mask of ns1.aplus.net (basically different name but same place). As for multiple name servers, having at least two name servers should be enough redundancy. Have 3rd and 4th will not hurt, but it is not necessary. Hope that helps.
