Angry Domains missing

I have been waiting the last week for Aplus to migrate to their new servers. I was unable to access my domains during this time to change some DNS server details.

I've logged in after the time stated that the migration would be completed and I do not have any Domains listed under my account.

Technical support were not much help telling me to email the DNS department.

When will the migration really be completed and I can access my domains again?

The exact same thing happened to me. After migration, one of my two domains was completely gone. Logging into Control Panel showed it no longer existed.

I ended up having to more to a new web host, since I simply couldn't afford any more downtime since it had already been a week during the "migration".

My site had a lot of users who were patiently waiting, and I couldn't let test them any further. So I had to move on.

Default lost all my domains! horrible customer service!



Are you people kidding with this?
  • Most of my domains missing
  • multiple online chats terminated
  • 1+ hour hold time to talk with a service rep who couldn't have cared less about these issues, didn't offer a word of concern or apology, and refused to let me speak with someone higher up

awesome, I now have a "trouble ticket" and a promise that a supervisor will call me (I guarantee that will never happen)

I can't even imagine what you could do to keep my business at this point.

I had a similar problem with my domains being missing after migration, however an agent pointed out to me they were listed under the domain tab, in domain parking, the agent then put one of the infamous trouble tickets in to have this corrected and lo and behold later that day they were in registered domains.
