Are you people kidding with this?
- Most of my domains missing
- multiple online chats terminated
- 1+ hour hold time to talk with a service rep who couldn't have cared less about these issues, didn't offer a word of concern or apology, and refused to let me speak with someone higher up
awesome, I now have a "trouble ticket" and a promise that a supervisor will call me (I guarantee that will never happen)
I can't even imagine what you could do to keep my business at this point.
