Should I change over to these new name servers (ns1.aplus.net, ns2.aplus.net)? Also, should I add in ns3.aplus.net and even a fourth server (I see there is an ns4.abac.com but not ns4.aplus.net) for added redundancy?

You do not need to change your old name servers as it will still work. (both go to same IP net range).
The "stealth" nameservers is because ns1.abac.com is essentially a mask of ns1.aplus.net (basically different name but same place). As for multiple name servers, having at least two name servers should be enough redundancy. Have 3rd and 4th will not hurt, but it is not necessary. Hope that helps.
