Thumbs down How about you have agents that can give out their contact info

I'm tired of having to explain the same problem over and over to different agents. Each one has to relearn the issue and in the end they ultimately can't solve it.


how about better supervisors or responsible project maagers.


How about ones that aren't only working 2 days out of the week.

I have to say my experience has been the same...utterly maddening and frustrating trying to communicate with the new support folk. HOPING they get it together....
