The top ten on one site I found turned out to be all duds.  People complained of paying a year in advance and then shut down for TOS violations.  Who knows what they were posting.  Another runs on wind and has issues (I would think so especially if it's not windy) while another has problems keeping the books in order so cancels you to make up for it.<br />
<br />
My website is nothing more than a start for something better so I'm not entirely in the same league with others who have client dependent on them (I envy you for that).  I also think that APlus.net or whoever owns it now could do better.<br />
<br />
I was recommended here by someone who has had APlus for a few years.  She runs a website that gives out free information to people in need and I want to do the same.  If APlus or whoever took it over doesn't want to be &quot;people friendly&quot; I will leave and certainly make it known that no one else spends a dime on this site.<br />
<br />
I can't believe any company would pay $30 million for APlus.net and their lousy customer service.  This is a company started by a bunch of foreigners in somebody's basement.  My honest belief is whoever bought it got screwed and we the customers are also going to get screwed.</div>

Perhaps....instead of hiding your angry customer base, you take some time to apologize profusely for the downtime, the horrible tech support, and offer to compensate your users for their losses. EVERY SINGLE USER should have been refunded money for what they have been put through. In fact there are several things that Aplus could offer to do to avoid the PR disaster they have created for themselves. Beef up your online chat support, have trained people who can do more than cut and paste responses to keywords. I have gone through 4 chats with your &quot;support&quot; where I realized halfway through that they had not even read what I wrote. Right now I have been redirected 2 times with online chat to nowhere, and now I have been #1 in the queue for 15 minutes. I have 2 tickets open that have not been acknowledged by and email and that do not show up in my control panel.<br />
<br />
If you decide to continue hiding these forums, people will find other ways to spread the word about how horrible your service has been since the &quot;upgrade&quot;. I have a feeling that you will soon remove the ability to make comments on your blog. But the more you try to hide what you have done to your customer base, the worse it will be for you in the long run.<br />
<br />
Many of us are willing to give Aplus a chance to prove their mettle, but you make it increasingly hard for your customers to believe that you actually care about their business and their needs. Hiding the forums only reinforces our suspicions.<br />
<br />
Seriously Aplus, get your act together. It's embarrassing.</div>
